As an Emmy award winning producer and director, Nicole has enjoyed success, directing and producing non-fiction television, documentary and short form digital content, sparking meaningful authentic dialog and expanding minds.
Her most recent documentary, Covid Diaries, aired nationally across PBS stations, and received a nomination for Best Director, Long Format Content. The documentary is a raw and unforgiving journey through the danger, trauma, and sacrifices of a Michigan nurse as she navigates through the Covid-19 pandemic and escalating racial tensions throughout the country.
Over the past decade, Nicole has produced and directed dozens of television shows for a variety of networks like NBC, the Travel Channel, TLC, HGTV, Discovery Science, the Food Network, and Al Jazeera.
Her passion for music and the arts has inspired her to produce over 40 episodes of music television. She won an Emmy in 2019 for BackStage Pass, a music show airing nationally on PBS. Her documentary short, Faces of Flint, highlighting a Flint hop artist was warmly received and featured at The Traverse City Film Festival.
